I am fortunate to live in the wonderful city of Stoke on Trent, famous for its associations with the pottery industry, it is today a green and friendly place to live. It may still lack the jobs and wealth of former years but it has its benefits, situated within easy reach of the Peak District, North Wales, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby, four decent airports and the main train line to London (not that I have any intention of going to that particular over priced, crowded, noisy city)
